My name is Adam Yost, and I am utterly and completely surrounded by women… brilliant and compassionate and funny and strong and fierce and beautiful women. I would not have it any other way.

I believe my official work title is stay at home dad and trophy husband. It’s true. It says it right here on my business card. I am the maker of meals. I am the doer of dishes, and the shopper of groceries. I have been known to clean and fold and vacuum. I drive a sick mini van. Every day I have the absolute privilege to be with my girls. I watch my daughters be totally awesome, and I watch my wife be an amazing educator, mother, and wife. I am a lucky lucky man.

My main motivation in this life is to be a good father and a good husband. I try to live consciously every day. Some days I go on grand adventures with epic views that stoke the fires of my mind to profound and life altering courses of thought and inner reflections. Some days I am very conscious of getting puked on… literally. It is all life and all very human and humbling and beautiful and real.

Adventures are always around if you know how and where to look. I am always looking. It’s the small things that stack on top of each other that count. I want to document them all. Thanks for taking a couple of minutes to read about my little world.
